Mastercycler X50ファミリーの構成はユニットに使いやすいタッチスクリーンインターフェースか外部制御方式のecoユニット搭載です。 タッチスクリーン搭載の各サイクラーは追加9台のecoユニットとネットワークを構成できます。 その処理能力でもまだ不足すれば、CycleManager X50を中央コントローラとして実行中のコンピュータかラップトップとMastercycler ecoユニット50台までをネットワーク構成できます。 いずれを選んでもユニット別にコントロールとモニターが可能です。 また、システムにアクセスできる人を管理したり、一定レベルのアクセスを直感的ユーザー インターフェースで割り当てることができます。 低ノイズ、低電力消費、柔軟性のあるflexlid®コンセプトでこの製品はパワフルなPCRサイクラーに仕上がっっています。

2Dグラジエントなので変性温度（ボトムアップ）と焼結温度（左=>右）の最適化が同一セッション中に可能になりました。 変性温度が高くなると特異性精度が上がり、変性温度が低くなると生体分子への応力が削減され、歩留りが高まります。95°の変成温度で信頼度の高い作業が要求されるアッセイは変性温度の最適化によって相当大幅なメリットを得られる可能性があります。
PCRは高速化すべきです。結果を速く得られ、終日、最適温度へ迅速に移行。Mastercycler X50は10 °C/sで加熱、5 °C/sで冷却します。Mastercycler X50のスピードを優位な研究に生かしてください。
公表済みの多種多様な温度変化率がある極めて種類が豊富なサイクラーをご用意しています。
